  • "With each session I was able to feel more grounded and in tune with my new-to-me body."

“I was in the thick of postpartum which felt messy and life has only continued with a range of chaos. The program allowed me to go at my own pace and each session offered attainable movements and educated me about my body. I wasn’t overwhelmed, in fact with each session I was able to feel more grounded and in tune with my new-to-me body. I really appreciated Mandi’s reminders throughout the program, they were perfectly timed. If you’re unsure about what PFT is or where to start, check out the yoga program.”

FAQs

  • Anyone from 6 weeks postpartum and beyond who desires to reconnect to their pelvic floor and learn how to incorporate it into their yoga practice.

  • Because this course is geared at incorporating the pelvic floor into yoga postures, I do not go into detail about the postures themselves. That means that some basic yoga experience would be helpful.

  • Yes! Just having a better understanding of your pelvic floor will help with incontinence. If you find that after 3 weeks you aren't seeing any improvement, I would recommend you see a pelvic floor PT for a more thorough workup.

  • Yes. The postures in this course will support your pelvic floor and are safe--and supportive--for prolapse. In fact, you should see improvement in prolapse symptoms by the end of the course.

  • Because this is a digital product and a labor of love from a small business owner, I don't generally offer refunds. However, I'm human and so are you, so if you truly commit yourself and follow through the entire 3 weeks and don't feel like you got your money's worth, reach out and let's chat.
