In addition to our studio, Thresholds Collective is home to four private practitioner rooms, each rented by independent therapists, healers, and bodyworkers. These rooms are warm and welcoming, reflecting the care and community our residents bring to their work. What’s Included:

Room 1
Room 1 is a pair of side-by-side private offices. This bright 197 sq. ft furnished space is perfect for administrative work, client meetings, Zoom calls, and getting shit done. It has two windows with full privacy blinds, desk, an oversized upholstered chair, L-shaped sofa and coffee table.
Room 2
Room 2 is a private, bright 134 sq. ft finished treatment room that is perfect for patient/client care, administrative work, client meetings, Zoom calls, and getting shit done. It has one window with full privacy blinds, a sink, desk, and a 32” Earthlite electric lift massage table. 1-year lease requested.
Room 3
Room 3 is a private, bright 194 sq. ft finished treatment room that is perfect for patient/client care, administrative work, client meetings, Zoom calls, and getting shit done. It has one window with full privacy blinds, a desk, a sink, and a 32” Earthlite electric lift massage table. It is located away from the primary hallway and gives full privacy during typical daily traffic. 1-year lease requested.
Room 4
Room 4 is a bright 108 sq. ft furnished office that is perfect for administrative work, 1:1 client meetings, Zoom calls, and getting shit done. It has two windows with full privacy blinds and a frosted glass door. Located at the back of the clinic, it gives full privacy during typical daily happenings. 1-year lease requested.
