Bloom Within: A Spring Solstice Sound Bath

Together, let's emerge from Winter hibernation and Plant Seeds of Intention for Spring.
You’ll be supported in regulating your nervous system, connecting with your intuition, and planting seeds of intention so you can lead yourself in complete trust and sovereignty.
This experience includes a guided meditation, a restorative sound bath, and intentional space to release what no longer serves you so you can transition into spring relaxed, restored, and rejuvenated.
Thresholds Collective–hosted events are currently paused. All previously scheduled events will continue as planned.
We host a wide range of healing-centered events — from breathwork and grief circles to parenting groups, somatic movement, and creative workshops. Most events are led by local facilitators aligned with our values of care, inclusion, and empowerment.
