You may know me first as a physical therapist, but I take that hat off in this space. This is a space for what I have offered in the clinic that didn’t previously have a name. Ask any patient that I really got to know — I offer more than “just” PT.

Some call it therapy, but I’m not a therapist. I used to joke that I would be a therapist when my hands give out. Then I started working with a professional coach and, as cliche as it sounds — it changed my life. I saw my business grow, and more importantly, I saw myself grow.

I discovered how much I wasn’t valuing myself, my worth, my gifts. In working with my coach, I realized that I had a name for what I offered in the clinic when I held space for people to talk through a job transition or a problem in their relationship.

This wasn’t physical therapy, and it wasn’t therapy. It was coaching.

Hello. I’m Mandi.

Once I had a name for it, the fire was lit inside. That same fire led me to become a Physical Therapist, and I recognized it as the first spark that led to my PT business.

Now it has led to this: Thresholds Collective.

This space invites individuals and the collective into self-inquiry through circles, yoga, 1:1 coaching, business consulting, and retreats.

My passion is helping people navigate identity beyond Motherhood–whether it’s returning to the workforce after being home raising children, exploring who they are as their children leave the nest, or discovering who they are when the path to Motherhood is long and winding.

I create space for them to be THEM — not caring for others, no one demanding their attention.

The rare space where they can take a deep breath and just be themselves.

Find themselves.

Re-member themselves.
